As an Architectural Procurement Engineer you main responsibilities will be:

• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify material quantities from architectural and technical studies
• Prepare detailed cost estimations based on specifications, finishes, and materials required
• Analyze tender documents and project scopes to identify key procurement deliverables
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals in line with client and company expectations
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, technical standards, and internal procurement policies
• Draft, send, and monitor Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and updates to offers
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding technical and commercial terms
• Collaborate closely with Project Engineers to align procurement with design intent and site execution
• Prepare comparative bid analysis tables and participate in both technical and financial evaluation of offers
• Draft and manage supplier and subcontractor agreements up to the point of signature, following internal procedures
• Monitor the progress of orders and contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms, delivery timelines, and quality standards
• Propose new vendors and subcontractors

The ideal candidate for the position of Architectural Procurement Engineer must have :

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within large-scale construction projects, ideally focused on architectural supplies
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and technical documentation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/technical drawings interpretation, and ERP systems
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
