SORÉNA Handmade is looking for a Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support our international operations and order management.
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece-Evosmos Proektasi Makrigianni.
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Communication with international clients, agents, and distributors
- Processing and following up on wholesale (B2B) orders
- Preparing invoices, shipping documents, and order confirmations
- Supporting export procedures and coordinating with logistics partners
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in export administration or customer service will be considered an asset
