Job Description
- Managing phone calls and correspondence ( e-mail, letters, packages )
- Managing agendas/ travel arrangements/ appointments for Group Chief Marketing Officer or others when needed
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Preparing presentations/ proposals as assigned
- Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
