Senior Financial Officer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial management, control, and growth strategies across our multi-company structure, including luxury yacht charters, lifestyle services, and investment activities. The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, risk management, reporting, and compliance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance function across all companies in the group.
• Develop and implement a Group Financial Strategy aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with Greek and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structures effectively.
• Oversee investment evaluations, financial risk management, and cost optimization.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support board-level decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders.
• Lead finance team development and implement cutting-edge financial systems.
• Support expansion into new markets, M&A activity, and cross-border investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s/MBA or ACCA/CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of senior finance experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or Group Finance Director position.
•  Strong background in hospitality, luxury services, or international investment sectors.
•  Excellent command of financial reporting, treasury, and tax strategy.
•  Demonstrated experience with complex, multi-entity corporate structures.
•  Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•  Fluency in Greek and English required; additional languages desirable.
