HR Accommodation Officer (Ref: IAR/HACO022)

Department: Human Resources
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Your main responsibilities
- Accommodation Management: Identify and secure new accommodations to enhance living standards for seasonal employees
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rent and room facilities with property owners
- Employee Assistance: Address and resolve accommodation-related requests and issues for employees
- Transportation Planning: Assist in planning bus routes to meet the transportation needs of seasonal employees
- Budgeting and PO Creation: Draft the accommodation and transportation budget and create corresponding Purchase Orders in the ERP system
- Inventory and Allocation: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, maintenance equipment, and linens, and allocate beds to seasonal employees
Your main qualifications / skills
- Excellent capability in organizing and managing multiple tasks
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and in negotiating contracts and facilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Competent in addressing and resolving complaints
- A proactive approach with innovative problem-solving skills
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
