As
we begin our 2026 recruitment season, we are looking to recruit associates for
our Resort Restaurants & Bars! We are seeking an Outlet Manager.
As an Outlet Manager you oversee the
daily operations of our restaurant(s) and bar(s), ensuring exceptional service
and the highest standards of guest experience!
Position: Outlet Manager (Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager)
Job Type: Full
time, seasonal contract starting around April 2026
Location:
Corfu, Greece
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring
seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and manage a diverse team, including waiters,
assistant waiters, bartenders, and supervisors
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and
presentation at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary and other teams to
create memorable guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns with
professionalism and courtesy
- Manage inventory and stock control, ordering supplies
as necessary
- Monitor financial performance and ensure the outlet
meets profitability goals
- Ensure the outlet adheres to health and safety
standards and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally in a luxury restaurant or bar setting
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a passion for hospitality
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Solid understanding of 5* hospitality operations & inventory management
- Ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment
- A dedication to delivering a world-class guest experience
