For the role of Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and organizing high-profile corporate events, board meetings, and company retreats.
• Assisting with budget preparation, tracking departmental expenses, and compiling financial data.
• Generating, analyzing, and distributing comprehensive business reports and presentations.
• Providing high-level executive support, including complex calendar management and international travel coordination.
• Liaising effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline business operations.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

For the role of Business Coordinator, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in executive assistant, administrative, or business support roles. Previous experience in a sales support, commercial back-office, or coordinator role, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
• Mandatory knowledge of EOF (National Organization for Medicines) processes.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong familiarity with budgeting processes and basic financial reporting.
• Experience with digital collaboration tools or AI applications in business operations is a plus
