Russian or Ukrainian Speaking Engineer with Sales/Marketing Experience

Axinar, a fast-growing Greek company specializing in industrial metal fabrication and smart energy systems, is seeking a native Russian or Ukrainian speaker (with working knowledge of both languages) to join our team. This strategic role supports our preparation for entering the Ukrainian post-war reconstruction market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research related to Ukraine’s reconstruction sector
• Translate our website, brochures, and technical/marketing materials into Russian and Ukrainian
• Contribute to our international business strategy and outreach
• Support the sales team with accurate technical insight and language localization

• Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline)
• Proven experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing
• Native speaker of Russian or Ukrainian, with a good command of both languages
• Ability to maintain a neutral and professional stance regarding current political events
• Familiarity with technical terminology in engineering and construction sectors
• English or Greek language skills will be considered an asset
