Aliathon Resort is looking for a Storekeeper to join our central kitchen supply team!
Do you have experience in stock handling, good organizational skills, and a solid understanding of hygiene standards?
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a hotel environment)
- Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Computer literacy
- Team player
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting goods (quality & quantity)
- Storage and arrangement of stock
- Updating inventory systems and records
- Distributing stock to hotel kitchens
- Monitoring stock levels and notifying for replenishment
- Conducting monthly inventory checks
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Maintaining cleanliness in storage areas and cold rooms
