Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor Housekeeping inventory and supplies
• Oversee daily activities of housekeeping, such as prepare schedules, supervise cleaning of guests rooms and public areas, order supplies
• Assign duties to members of staff and direct all housekeeping activities according to schedule
• Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas

Best candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• 2 years minimum experience within a hotel environment
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
• Organizational, communicational and leadership skills, teamwork,
• Pleasant personality
