The Role
We are seeking to recruit for season 2026
passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in
alignment with all team members.
Our Kitchen brigade is a major part of our
team. We are In the process of building our gastronomic identity and culinary
experiences for our guests.
We work with a fully equipped and organised
kitchen with all the modern tools and equipment, plus wood fire oven,
Argentinian grill and all that a kitchen needs to apply old and new techniques.
We are building an environment where
personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space.
We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity,
while we need to be able to deliver our one of a kind services and offerings
based on accountability and extreme professionalism.

Requirements
- Experience in the F&B hospitality service; experience A la
Carte min 1,5 years
- Able to organise a small buffet and run a maximum 40 pax a la carte
together with one of two persons
- Basic knowledge of English for Greeks or good knowledge of English
for foreigners
- Personal Hygiene and an organisational skills are important
- EU Work permit is a prerequisite
