🔍 Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinating international sales processes – from order placement to final delivery.
• Daily communication with international customers and business partners via email and phone.
• Cross-functional cooperation with logistics, warehouse, accounting, and customer service teams.
• Preparing sales offers, performance analyses, and reports.
• Managing and updating data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Supporting complaint handling and after-sales processes. 
• Monitoring on-time delivery and invoicing. 
• Actively participating in export development projects and exploring new markets. 

✅What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international customer service, export sales, or international logistics.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2+), other languages are a plus. 
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. 
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Openness to working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. 

🎯Nice to Have: 

• Experience in the TSL (Transport–Shipping–Logistics), e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
• Basic knowledge of international trade practices (Incoterms, export documentation).
• A genuine interest in global markets and international business development.
