E&O RESTAURANT is currently looking to recruit a
Barista / Bartender (Ref.BA24)
Your Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the standardized and correct beverage service.
- To be aware of all beverage recipes list.
- To have an excellent knowledge of the menu - food & beverage items (preparation & style & time).
- To know all necessary information about our daily offers in restaurant.
- To upsell drinks and make suggestions to the guests.
- To do the daily bar mise-en-place referring to guide lines and keep at all times the work area clean and organized.
- To fill the refrigerators.
- To greet all guests at all times with a warm and friendly smile by using guest name.
- To report any guest complaint to the E&O Manager.
- To take care of all operational equipment.
- To report necessary reparations at once.
- To clean work area and machines right after usage.
- To pick up the daily requisition from the store, check it for completion and put it into the right place.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in the same position at a luxury hotel or bar outlet.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of reservations system.
- Fluency in English & Greek is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
