German Speaking - Customer Experience Specialist

We're looking for a motivated and communicative German Speaking - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at A. Hatzopoulos S.A.

In this role you will

• Manage incoming orders and keep track of the production process
• Ensure that all necessary materials are available in order for the orders to be proceeded
• Organize and monitor order shipments until delivery and keep customers updated
• Support Hatzopoulos Sales team
• Answer customer questions adapting to their needs

• Fluency in German and English language
• Prior customer service or sales experience will be considered an asset
• Very good knowledge of Greek
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
