Quantity surveyor (Ref: TH/QS023)

Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Your main responsibilities
- Cost and Budget Management: Prepare and monitor detailed cost plans and budgets throughout project phases, optimizing resource use
- Contractual Oversight: Secure favorable contract terms with stakeholders and manage ongoing agreements
- Risk and Value Management: Evaluate financial risks while identifying cost-saving measures that maintain quality
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external partners, including project managers, engineers, and architects
- Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all operations are in line with local laws and prepare requisite reports
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date, accurate financial and project records
Your main qualifications/skills
- MSc in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 15 years of working experience in a related position
- Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong command of MS Project
- Excellent command of AUTOCAD
- Fluent in English
