Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat

- Provide accurate and complete information using available systems and tools
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or client-facing roles is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Schedule
- Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 09:30 and 19:00
