Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scheduling, scoping, budget estimations, and implementation plans, while ensuring risk mitigation.
- Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyzing project status and making necessary revisions to scope, schedule, or budget to meet project requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and managing changes.
- Implementing processes for managing scope throughout the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources such as vendors and researchers.
- Assigning and monitoring resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Reporting project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels and escalating issues as necessary according to the project work plan.
