In this vital role, you will support the kitchen operations by ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly, from inventory management to staff schedules. Your organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential to maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring clear and effective communication between back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
- Monitor food inventory levels, support the procurement process, and oversee proper stock rotation and storage in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of menu items, upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and visual appeal.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, contributing to a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment.
- Provide hands-on support during peak service periods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food to guests.
