As an Electromechanical Procurement Engineer, your main responsibilities will be:

• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify material quantities from electromechanical and technical studies (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, etc.)
• Prepare detailed cost estimations based on technical specifications and material requirements
• Analyze tender documents and project scopes to identify key procurement deliverables in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) field
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with client expectations and company standards
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, technical standards, and internal procurement policies
• Draft, send, and monitor Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and track updates to offers
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding both technical and commercial terms
• Collaborate closely with Project Engineers and MEP Consultants to ensure procurement aligns with technical design and project timelines
• Prepare comparative bid analysis tables and participate in the technical and financial evaluation of offers
• Draft and manage procurement and subcontractor agreements, ensuring alignment with internal processes and legal standards
• Monitor the progress of orders and assignments to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to agreed terms
• Propose new vendors and subcontractors, and participate in the evaluation of existing ones

The ideal candidate for the position of Electromechanical Procurement Engineer will have:

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within large-scale construction projects, ideally focused on electromechanical materials and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and technical documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, good knowledge of AutoCAD (for drawing interpretation), and familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work across departments and stakeholders
