HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your main responsibilities
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews for potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HR coordinators to streamline the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talents
- Map educational institutes in Greece and abroad and present the Group to attract qualified interns
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of interns in operations ensuring all legal documents are in place
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment efforts
- Engage in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in administrative or any other HR role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of HRM system (Pylon etc.) would be a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Fluency in English
