Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
and assist with luggage
- Escort guests to rooms and
provide an overview of resort amenities
- Ensure lobbies, entrances, and public
areas remain clean and inviting
- Assist with transporting guest
items or supplies across the property
- Deliver room service items,
packages, or special requests
- Support housekeeping and
maintenance teams as needed
- Respond promptly and courteously
to guest inquiries and needs
- Provide directions or local area
information with a friendly touch
