The Production Manager is responsible to:
- Supervise the execution of the production program and plans corrective actions
- Controls, studies and suggests improvements in working conditions, functionality, ergonomics and performance of its liability departments
- Oversee the work performed by staff as required for each job to ensure completion in a timely and quality manner
- Contribute to the improvement of department’s KPIs
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Comply with the health and safety rules during work, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures
- Recommend modifications and/or investments to upgrade systems to reduce operating costs
In order for your profile to match the Production Manager position, you need to have the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a Polytechnic University
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in industrial environment
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems/opportunities and drive cost-effective solutions
- Good mathematical ability
- Excellent understanding of budget development, monitoring and control
- Results and action oriented
