Furniture Shop Assistant (Κοlonaki)

Job Description:
• Responsible for the flawless and smooth operation of the store (packing / unpacking of products, cleanliness of the store/products, correct price tags on the merchandises etc)                                                                          • Responsible for orders/web orders of customers in shop, by phone, email, social media                                    • Responsible for the entire sales cycle (product sales, payment, delivery of products to customer)                      • Constantly communication with suppliers and familiarized with catalogue products                                           • Stock control and management                                                                                                                            • Excellent knowledge of the products in the shop by brand, designer and price                                                     • Excellent customer service  and mapping of clients’ needs                                                                                 

•University Degree in Decoration, Interior Design, Marketing will be an asset                                                            • Work experience at least 1+ year in similar role                                                                                                        • Familiar with premium brand will be an asset                                                                                                           • Excellent command of English both in oral and written skills                                                                                   • Very good knowledge of MS Office and pages of Social Media                                                                               • Interest in design and particularly Scandinavian Design                                                                                         •Team spirit and time management                                                                                                                       •Good communication and negotiation skills                                                                                                         •Work under pressure and problem solving                                                                                                                 • High multitasking ability
• Dealing with customer complaints and claims
