The Agronomic Engagement Advisor we are looking for Bayer’s team will:

• Provide tailored solutions, advisory, and product information to farmers—primarily on seeds—in alignment with CFS planning goals and action plans
• Promote product sell-out at the farmer level by generating demand, building engagement, and effectively communicating the value proposition through available promotional tools
• Increase farmer awareness and interest by leveraging promotional tools; enhance the effectiveness of face-to-face interactions using data insights and performance metrics
• Monitor and reports the progress of action plans to CFS, including key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, and documented results
• Identify and segment key farmers and influencers by farm size, crop type, and strategic value; maintain a current contact list aligned with CFS campaign strategies, in collaboration with the Value Creation Expert Arable
• Actively contribute to the execution of Agronomic Positioning Trials as planned, working closely with the Value Creation Expert Arable

The ideal candidate will be expected to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture is mandatory
• A Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or any other relevant field is considered an asset
• Previous working experience as a promoter/ sales representative/ technical advisor/development in the agricultural industry and especially in the seeds marketplace is considered an asset
• Understanding and technical knowledge of the agricultural sector and local market landscape across all portfolio areas
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers and making sense of sales metrics
• Efficient planning, organizing, time management skills and learning mindset
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas in a credible and transparent manner (verbal, written)
• Self-motivation along with an innovative and problem-solving attitudeTeam player, enjoying teamwork, striving for team success
• Strong presentation and influencing skills and passion to deliver great results
• Strong digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
• Travelling is required
