ERP WMS Support Officer

Your main responsibilities
- Administer and support the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and WMS system
- Provide first level support to the users.
- Train appropriate personnel on system functions.
- Create documentation, procedures, and guidelines for ERP/WMS systems users.
- Assist ERP/WMS systems users with data changes, updates, and imports.
- Create and Maintain ERP/WMS System accounts and permissions.
- Participate in individual or team projects, as needed, to expand support offerings.
Required Education/ Qualifications/ Other Accreditations
- University degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 years of experience with ERP/WMS.
- General accounting knowledge.
- Previous working experience in the leisure & hospitality industry and familiarity with related technologies will be considered a plus.
- Great collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical/creative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both written and oral communication in English.
