ERP WMS Support Officer

Job Information
Office Location: Thessaloniki | Greece
Department: IT
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities

  • Administer and support the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and WMS system
  • Provide first level support to the users.
  • Train appropriate personnel on system functions.
  • Create documentation, procedures, and guidelines for ERP/WMS systems users.
  • Assist ERP/WMS systems users with data changes, updates, and imports.
  • Create and Maintain ERP/WMS System accounts and permissions.
  • Participate in individual or team projects, as needed, to expand support offerings.

Required Education/ Qualifications/ Other Accreditations

  • University degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience with ERP/WMS.
  • General accounting knowledge.
  • Previous working experience in the leisure & hospitality industry and familiarity with related technologies will be considered a plus.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical/creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in both written and oral communication in English.
