ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, leading in the field of online gaming is in search of a Sales & Customer Service Specialist who will join the outbound team in Athens and will be responsible for executing the outbound
sales strategy(via outbound calls) to improve the conversion rates.
Profile:
Execute the outbound sales strategy to improve the conversion rates of the following customer acquisition journeys:
- Website visit to successfully Player Registration
- KYC Verification
- Analyze player behavior and website performance to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize relevant software to measure and track the effectiveness of the communications and conversion optimization efforts
- Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize campaigns, including welcome bonuses, free spins, loyalty programs, and other player acquisition and retention initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication and good analytical skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and stressful situations.
- Generate sales opportunities by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective clients
- Experience within customer focused environment is a plus
- Good at managing customer inquiries and complaints
- Computer proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation tool
