Customer Care French Speakers

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a multinational company that specializes in multilingual services, is looking to recruit French Speaking Customer Care Agents. 

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls
• Providing personalized solutions for each client
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the French language (spoken/written).
• Good knowledge of the English language

Additional Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a call center will be considered as a plus
• IT literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orientation, understanding customer needs
