Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food & Beverage team across
all outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining.
- Oversee the daily F&B operations to ensure exceptional
quality, service consistency, and alignment with Porto Platanias Hotels
& Resorts’ standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior management on concept
development, menu design, and brand-enhancing culinary experiences.
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to
build a high-performing, service-oriented F&B team.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability
standards across all F&B venues.
- Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and supplier
relationships to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Maintain strong visibility on the floor, engaging personally
with guests to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef, Purchasing, and Events
teams to deliver seamless operations and memorable dining experiences.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B leadership within
luxury or five-star hospitality environments.
- Proven track record in managing multiple outlets and
large-scale operations with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
- Strong knowledge of current culinary trends, fine dining
service, and beverage programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management
skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering
world-class dining experiences.
- Available to join from February 2025 for pre-season
preparations.
