Data Analyst Main
Responsibilities
- Producing and presenting data to the administration/ sales and marketing departments
- Analyzing and communicating data trends to non-specialists
- Extracting results/Kpis and interpreting them
- Creative proposals to the 2 departments based on the findings
- Participation in CRM building
- Forecasts/estimates for the sales department
- Inventory monitoring- Estimating necessary purchases
- Using specialist tools to extract the data needed
- Responding to data-related queries and keeping track of these
- Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
- Researching new ways to make use of data
- Recording/monitoring of quality indicators
Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Science, Technology or Engineering
- Approximately 2-3 years working experience in a similar analyst position
- Interpersonal skills and teamworking skills
- Experience in reporting solutions, will be highly appreciated. Advanced experience with MS office (especially excel)
- Strong numerical & organizational skills combined with business understanding
- Experience in CRM and ERP management
- Data driven/360 view thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to take ownership in a fast-growing environment
- Ability to prioritize, and effectively handle multiple projects under a minimum supervision and honor deadlines
- Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language
- Understanding of the ethics of gathering and working with data
