Monitoring Center Agent

Adecco HR, the world’s largest Human Resources services provider and certified in Greece in the fields of recruitment, selection, and temporary employment, is seeking, on behalf of its client, a global provider of integrated security and asset-protection services, a candidate for the following position: Monitoring Center Agent.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitors incoming security signals to assess visual material, ensuring a comprehensive
• understanding of the security status of clients as well as the Company’s stores/facilities
• Effectively handles phone calls, customer requests and emergency incidents
• Activates the necessary procedures to prevent theft or damage to our clients’ property
• Monitors and operates electronic security equipment

• Security Professional License (if not available, the employee can obtain it during
• employment)
•  Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office – Familiarity with technology
•  Relevant work experience will be considered as a plus
•  Good command of the English language
•  Work on a rotating shift schedule
•  Customer service orientation
•  Effective written and verbal communication skills
•  Ability to respond promptly and appropriately to crisis situations
•  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
