Responsibilities
- For the role of Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting client consultations to assess eligibility and advise on Golden Visa and Work Migration programs (including Digital Nomads, FIP permits, cross-border employment, etc.)
- Preparing and reviewing visa/permit applications and legal documentation
- Representing clients before public authorities, institutions, and banks
- Providing strategic legal advice in compliance with current immigration laws and regulations
- Conducting legal research and staying informed on legal updates
