Your main purpose
Mission: As an Assistant Spa Manager, you will be the one to ensure unforgettable welcome and well-being treatment experiences for our guests.
Management: Assist with all day-to-day spa operations and act as lead manager in the absence of the Spa Manager. Participate in and promote marketing activities as assigned by Spa Manager. Handle guests’ requests and complaints in an exceptionally professional manner.
Supervision: Ensure all services are being carried out in a professional, correct, and efficient manner. Monitor quality control in all aspects of the operation. Communicate regularly and efficiently with the Spa Manager on all operational issues.
What will you bring?
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
- Proven experience as an Assistant SPA Manager or in a similar role ideally in a 5* luxury hotel or in a well-established SPA brand
- Fluency in English. Good command of another language would be a plus.
- Degree/Diploma/Current license in Spa/Physiotherapy/Cosmetology
