Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site
role for a Customer Care Specialist at SUN OFF in Athens. The Customer Care
Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing
customer support, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication and
delivering exceptional customer service experience on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional
manner via phone and email
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
efficiently, escalating to higher levels when necessary
- Maintain deep knowledge
of products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to management to
improve processes, policies or systems
- Document customer interactions, issues,
and resolutions within the company's CRM system
- Ensure proper follow-up with
customers on unresolved inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction

Requirements
- Bachelor degree 5+
years of experience in customer service, call centers or a related field
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Greek and English
