talented Site Engineer / Project Manager to join their construction
department in Paphos.
Candidate profile:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture,
or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the
construction industry.
- In-depth understanding of construction
procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Fluency in Greek is a must.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under
pressure.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organize and manage assigned projects from
the ground up to commissioning.
- Monitor key project key parameters, including
budget, timeline, and quality.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and
other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
- Oversee and review technical drawings and
specifications.
- Attend progress and technical meetings.
- Prepare cost estimations and analyses.
- Perform overall quality control of the
work (including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and
report regularly on project status.
- Oversee delivery and commissioning processes.
- Manage construction operations on-site, ensuring
a successful project completion with time, budget, and quality constraints.
- Conduct planning and scheduling.
- Provide technical advice and solve on-site
problems.
- Ensuring the implementation of health &
safety procedures, policies, and legislation.
- Manage materials scheduling and budgeting.
