Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly implement and execute an F&B strategy designed for maximum performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability during the intense summer months.
- Manage the daily operations of all F&B outlets (including fine dining, pool bars, and room service), ensuring exceptional quality and seamless service flow during peak occupancy.
- Quickly onboard, train, motivate, and manage a large, multinational seasonal F&B team, maintaining a high level of staff morale and performance.
- Rigorously manage P&L, inventory, cost of goods, and labor costs to meet aggressive financial targets within the compressed operating window.
- Uphold the 5-star brand image by ensuring strict adherence to the highest international standards of hygiene, food safety, and luxury service at all times.
- Act as the face of F&B, interacting with high-profile guests and promptly resolving any service issues.
