- Conduct in-depth study and analysis of NN Hellas group contracts with existing corporate customers in the B2B sector. Thoroughly understand the terms, conditions, and coverage details of these contracts.
- Evaluate the current booklets or create new booklets from scratch related to Group Medical products and other insurance offerings. Identify areas for improvement and ensure that all relevant information is accurately represented.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, underwriting, and customer service, to gather relevant information and insights, and to ensure a seamless delivery of services to clients
- Provide support to clients and customer service teams by addressing inquiries related to the booklets and contract details
