Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leader in the Retail and Distribution Industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: 

Store Manager

Job Description:

• Ensuring smooth daily operations through the execution of retail action plans, supervision of team performance, and adherence to brand and visual merchandising standards
• Delivering excellent customer experience by managing feedback, resolving complaints effectively, and fostering a welcoming in-store environment
• Collaborating with Retail Operations and Brand Management to provide insights on market trends, missed opportunities, and customer preferences
• Monitoring and controlling store budget, including sales, payroll, and operating costs, while ensuring accurate scheduling and optimal labor allocation
• Leading recruitment, training, and performance development processes to align team capabilities with brand expectations and ensure completion of required learning
• Overseeing product quality, pricing accuracy, equipment availability, and store maintenance to guarantee operational readiness and high presentation standards
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, and responding immediately to incidents or system malfunctions

Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a retail store, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Fluency in English language
• Sales driven with a good understanding of KPI’s
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communications skills and adaptability
• Problem-solving attitude and flexibility to work in shifts
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
