Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Guiding clients through buying,
selling, or renting.
- Market Expertise: Understanding local property values,
trends, and neighborhoods.
- Property Marketing: Listing homes, staging, marketing, and
showing properties.
- Negotiation: Representing clients' interests in offers and
counteroffers.
- Paperwork: Preparing and managing transaction
documents.
Requirements:
- High school/University Diploma
- Greek and English speaking
- Knowledge about Real estate market and it's
management
- Negotiation skills
- Responsibility, personal culture and reliability
