Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Bartender/Mixologist drives the development and maintenance of an innovative and unique beverage menu. The Bartender/Mixologist reports to the Head Bartender.
As Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide respectful and generous service to both guests and colleagues
- Greet guests, explain menu items, and provide recommendations
- Prepare and serve drinks while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper stock levels in the bar area
- Follow liquor regulations and ensure all served items are accounted for on the bill
- Attend training sessions and department meetings
