Koronakis S.A., a world leading industrial company in the production of synthetic ropes, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Employee to join its Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales-related administrative tasks and documentation
• Communicate with domestic and international clients
• Process orders and follow-up on deliveries
• Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• B.SC/ University Degree in Maritime/ Economic studies or other disciplines
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally in an industrial or maritime environment
• Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to participate in trade shows, if required
