Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
- Provide accurate information using available tools and resources
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and customer accounts
- Follow company policies, communication procedures, and quality standards
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or client-facing roles is considered an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to results
Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule:
- Work From Home (WFH): Monday–Sunday, 07:00–02:00
- Work From Office (WFO): Monday–Sunday, 07:00–22:00
