Lab 20-F has an opportunity for an Architect and a Junior Architect position to join its team in Thessaloniki.
Lab 20-F is an Architectural practice newly funded by Gregory Karydas and Daphne Katrakalidi, based in Thessaloniki. We are a small but dynamic team who focuses on high-end projects, delivering a bespoke service to our clients.

The Architect’s responsibilities of the job are to:
- work with and report daily to the project leader
- assist with the management of junior team members.
- drafting comprehensive drawing sets from concept through construction documents
- generate detailed 3D models to develop all parts of the changing design process
- technical detailing and construction administration experience, with the ability to resolve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple design options that meet the project budget and design approach
- prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
- deliver good conceptual and design skills, with an aesthetic flair
- communication, coordination, and management of consultants, contractors, clients, regulatory agencies, and approving bodies to meet overall project objectives
- Experience, qualifications & skills:
Professional qualification as an architect:
- Minimum four to five years of professional experience
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English – spoken and written
- Proficiency required to operate in a BIM environment, preferably in Revit, and Adobe Suite. Rhino and V-Ray are a plus. knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines on budget, and on time
- A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative
- A team player, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating
