The main responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist are:

• Manage and monitor inventory levels for packaging materials and selected raw materials.
• Ensure availability of materials and proactively prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather pricing and delivery information.
• Handle procurement-related data entry and transactions in SAP.
• Conduct communication via phone and email with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare reports on stock levels and procurement activities.
• Support the daily operations of the Procurement Department.

The ideal candidate for the position of Procurement Specialist will have:

• University or Technical Education degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of SAP (considered a plus).
• Experience in procurement of packaging materials and/or raw materials (considered a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
