This Localization Project Coordinator (junior level) role will be part of our round-the-clock operations team supporting our Localization team with their day-to-day operations. We are looking for a proactive individual to work within a fast-paced environment with responsibilities including handling project assignments, linguist support, and assisting with onboarding new linguists to our language teams.
Training will be provided and all assessments will be on a standardized quantitative basis.
Principal Duties:
- Coordinating translation and QC localization projects for high-profile streaming clients
- Supporting our round-the-clock Operations team providing production and linguist support, liaising with other team members based in London, Singapore and LA offices
- Assisting with onboarding new linguists to our language teams as needed
- Potentially assisting with recruitment of new linguists as needed
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments as needed to resolve issues
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues at all times
- Linguist support via emails/ticketing system
- Performing other duties as assigned
