Enterprise Technical Support
Job Description
The scope of the role is to provide technical support to enterprise customers of Vodafone directly or to other teams that supports those customers (for voice and data services). All these connections are served through our Metro Ethernet, microwave, PSTN and GSM networks and the role is responsible to ensure the availability and quality of services for all these connections, from the customer's endpoint to Vodafone production networks (IMS network for Voice or ISP network for Internet etc.).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues which arise after service activation.
- Perform all required actions to support Legacy Services to customer, also doing all Vodafone internal coordination activities that follow the troubleshooting process.
- Organize field technician visits to customer premises in order to perform all appropriate actions.
- Perform Services Proactive Monitoring and run health checks.
- Send technical incident reports to Business customers.
