As a Legal & Regulatory Affairs Associate your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Regulatory Affairs Unit activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely task execution
  • Monitor and analyze national and EU developments in electricity, natural gas, RES, energy efficiency, and infrastructure policies
  • Track EU acquis changes and their transposition into Greek law, evaluating company implications
  • Maintain regulatory documentation, including licenses, authorizations, obligations, and correspondence, along with a regulatory calendar
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and compliance documentation to authorities
  • Assess and communicate the business impact of emerging regulatory risks and opportunities
  • Prepare management briefings, reports, and updates on compliance status, regulatory risks, and policy positions
  • Support strategic and business planning in response to regulatory changes
  • Participate in relevant internal and external meetings, stakeholder forums, and regulatory training

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Legal & Regulatory Affairs Associate, you need to have the following skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in energy regulation, energy markets, or sustainability highly desirable 
  • At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry or related policy/regulatory roles
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages are an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
  • Strong understanding of national and EU regulatory frameworks in electricity, gas, and renewable energy
  • Comfortable navigating regulatory platforms and familiar with institutional portals and compliance tools

  • Results oriented and self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong time management, project management and priorities management skills
  • Command of the Greek and English language, both oral and written
