Pharmacovigilance Specialist / Short term Contract

Pharmacovigilance Specialist / Short term Contract

Job Description

• Execution of local PV processes and activities
• Day-to-day adverse events case management including case intake, tracking, translation to English, acknowledgments, and follow-up activities
• Reporting adverse experiences or events (AE) or product quality complaints (PQCs)
• Supports local PV audits and inspections
• Participates in compliance activities and Supports training of local company staff

• University degree (pharmacy, biology, chemistry or relevant)
• Proficiency in English
• PC skills (MS-Office applications)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a specific focus on safety and pharmacovigilance related activities would be an asset
• General knowledge of relevant PV regulations is preferred
• Short experience in a similar position (safety / PV) will be a plus
• Ability to interface broadly with colleagues within related functions and cross-functionally and be able to work independently with no supervision except in the most complex of situations.
