is looking to recruit a talented and passionate Food & Beverage Manager
for season 2025 in Santorini.
We’re seeking a hands-on and operationally driven individual who will embody the essence of Infinity Suites & Dana Villas while contributing to the high standards of service and hospitality we proudly deliver. This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing all F&B operations including breakfast, lunch, in-room dining, and poolside service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily service quality, leading a motivated team, ensuring seamless communication with other departments, and consistently elevating the guest experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily F&B operations across all venues: breakfast service, lunch by the pool, room service, and private dining
- Ensure the seamless delivery of service according to hotel standards
- Maintain accurate shift handovers, with special attention to cashier checks and billing integrity
- Promote and supervise upselling initiatives in collaboration with the kitchen team
- Handle guest feedback professionally, following up on all service recovery cases
- Lead and mentor staff, focusing on performance, motivation, and consistency
- Coordinate closely with the Hotel Manager to align on operational priorities
- Monitor inventory, support purchasing needs, and manage cost control
- Ensure hygiene and health & safety compliance at all times
- Actively communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold brand values while ensuring personalized, warm, and professional service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an F&B Supervisor or Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Excellent command of Greek and English (oral and written). Additional languages will be considered an asset
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- A proactive, calm, and detail-oriented personality with a natural leadership style
- Knowledge of wines and experience with guest upselling will be considered a plus
- Understanding of dietary requirements and health standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and lead by example
