Villas Operations Manager

If you are ready to take full ownership of the operations of a villas compound in the magnificent Mani Peninsula, we invite your application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, managing feedback, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Overseeing check-in/check-out procedures and concierge services.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a small team of cleaning, maintenance, and administrative staff.
• Fostering a positive, efficient, and service-oriented work environment.
• Coordinating and supervising necessary repairs and preventative maintenance with external contractors.
• Managing operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing cost-efficiency.
• Handling basic administrative tasks, including supplier management and inventory control.
• Working closely with the booking and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication regarding occupancy and pricing.

• Minimum of 3 years in a management role within the hospitality or villa/short-term rental sector, preferably with experience in 3-star or boutique accommodations.
• Must be willing and able to live and work on-site in the Gytheio/Mani region 
• This is not purely an administrative role; the ideal candidate is comfortable being highly visible and actively involved in day-to-day tasks.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is highly desirable to effectively manage local staff and suppliers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, high discretion, strong organizational skills.
