Position: Guest Relations Agent (Full time)

Responsibilities:

• Answering internal and external guest queries and responding to all requests accordingly.
• Coordinates activities between different hotel departments to ensure effective team work and guest satisfaction.
• Understands the various offerings within the hotel and is able to upsell different services according to guest requests
• Ensure high standards of guests satisfaction
• Makes sure that all Guest’s profiles are updated with all needed information
• Ensure high standards of guests satisfaction
• Makes sure that all Guest’s profiles are updated with all needed information,

• Experience in a 5 star hotel environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor and/or Master Degrees in Tourism studies
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Greek & English language
• Good communication skills in German, Spanish, Italian or other language will be taken under serious consideration
• PR skills/Customer service attitude/Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Significant Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
• Experience with hotel software, like Protel,
• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
• Excellent computer skills and reception programs, MS Office (Word, Excel,)
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to adjust to a demanding professional environment
